Where are you located?
We are located at 151 N. Spring St., Elgin 60120, just east of the Kimball St Bridge. Our building is directly behind the police station. In addition to our dedicated parking lot, ample street parking is available directly next to and across from our shop.
What are your hours of operation?
We are open Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We are closed on weekends to allow our team to spend time with family.
Do I need to make an appointment?
Appointments are strongly recommended to ensure same-day service, although walk-ins are always welcome for emergency diagnostics.
Do you offer loaner cars or shuttle service?
Yes! Complimentary shuttle service within the local area and loaner vehicles are available with qualifying major repairs.
What warranty do you offer on repairs?
